Return & Shipping Policy
At Camille Bonbon, we’re a small, mom-owned business that puts care and love into every piece we create. Since most of our items are custom-made, not all styles are eligible for return. Items that are not eligible for return are indicated in red on our product and check out pages.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we may not be able to process returns or exchanges for any damage reported after this window. Thank you for your understanding!
If you're considering a return, please reach out to us at hello@camillebonbon.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Anything beyond this time frame is unfortunately, not accepted.
We kindly require that returned items be in brand-new condition—unworn, free of any stains, smells, or defects, and with the original hangtags attached (not cut and re-attached).
To protect your garment during transit, please return it in the original polybag, cloth wrap, and box packaging that it came in. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility, and all returned items must pass our inspection process to ensure they’re in pristine condition.
